Every team has conflicts as we have different individuals with different opinions in a same working place. Conflicts lead to difficult working conditions, that’s why they should be resolved tactfully. ENSO also has conflicts but we, as a team know how to overcome them.So we thought to share some insiders with you about how to avoid conflicts in a team.
First of all you should know when to intervene. Keep a check on your teammates, if there's any conflict which is leading to a severe problem then only you should interfere otherwise let them arbitrate on their own.
Secondly you should never compare your teammates as they are unique and best in their own way. There should be healthy competition otherwise it would lead to enviousness.
Next thing is to break communication gap. For this, team should have great bonding so they can have good communication. This would lead to a great working environment.
The last but not the least is to appreciate your team and talk to them on daily basis. This would boost their morale and they will be able to relieve their stress too by sharing problems.
Basically conflicts are unavoidable whether it's a formal relation or an informal one but the thing is to prepare your team to handle it in the best way.
